With over 20 years in the Healthcare industry, Paul has worked in several senior commercial roles including Regulatory, Sales, Marketing and Logistics. In his career he has managed teams comprising of many different disciplines, giving him extensive experience of recruitment and staff retention strategies.

Paul is passionate about developing long-term recruitment strategies for his clients, providing an ethical and sustainable approach to recruitment and the overall employment placement service through understanding client values.
