Director & Founder, Paul McAllister has over 20 years in the Healthcare industry, having worked in several senior commercial roles including Regulatory, Sales, Marketing and Logistics. In his career he has managed teams comprising of many different disciplines, giving him extensive experience of recruitment and staff retention strategies.
